Roles and Responsibilities	:	8+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering. Strong PT expertise in Requirement Gathering, Test Strategy/Data preparation, Scripting, Execution, Test Report Preparation and environment setup. Proficiency in HP performance testing tools like Load runner, Jmeter, Gatling and monitoring tools including Tuning and recommendations expertise Execute benchmark, load, stress and other non-functional tests. Analyze CPU utilization, memory, heap and network usage. Performance test planning for API and GUI layers. Performance test engineer should be able to analyze logs from Appdynamics/ other APM tool and provide details to dev team about an issue Analyze root cause of performance issues and provide corrective actions. Analyze test results and create report on system and/or application on their reliability, scalability and capacity.
Mandatory skills*	:	Performance Testing and Tuning Jmeter and Loadrunner expertise Good communication skills
